Every year thousands of Americans suffer from Malaria, West Nile Virus, Zika Virus, Morgellons Disease and many other tropical diseases yet there are no trained personnel and available medicines in pharmacies in the USA to treat these conditions. Also we know that American citizens and foreign nationals may contract tropical diseases and bring them back to the USA and infect other people. Such patients may not get prompt and expert care at this time because most American doctors and health workers are not trained for this. Such patients may die before the diagnosis is made, and before treatment is given because the medicines are not obtainable in local pharmacies across the USA. For example a patient with Cerebral Malaria may die in a few days after presentation, and in the current situation anti-malarials are not available in the local pharmacies and may take days or weeks to get to the patient. This may be too late.  Many more patients are suffering from one tropical disease...
